Services
Prima Services provides chatbot planning, setup, website integration guidance, lead capture workflows, support flows, and related automation services. Specific deliverables are defined in the selected package or written project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, offer, and contact information.
- Review chatbot copy and workflows before launch.
- Confirm that your website policies and visitor notices meet your legal obligations.
- Use the chatbot service lawfully and responsibly.
Payments and Refunds
Fees, billing timing, and refund eligibility depend on the package or agreement selected. Custom setup work may be non-refundable once implementation has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Prima Services retains rights to its templates, processes, prompts, and implementation methods. Client-provided business content remains the client's property.
Third-Party Tools
Some chatbot, hosting, email, analytics, CRM, or booking features may depend on third-party platforms. Prima Services is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations caused by those providers.
Disclaimer
Chatbot services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim for accurate and useful automation, but no chatbot can guarantee perfect answers or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prima Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
Termination
Prima Services may suspend or terminate service access for misuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
